If you are hanging out with your friends in the middle of the night and you are feeling hungry, you may make your way to Lau Pa Sat and order a variety of dishes to enjoy. Below is a list of the must- try food in Lau Pa Sat,

This is the famous laksa which originated from penang, it tastes sweet with the coconut flavoured soup, and add on the cookles, the taste is marvelous. The shop only allows the use of spoons to eat the laksa in order to preserve the original taste.

Next, is the well known roti prata, which is more to the side of Indian cult
ure. The picture on top is the famous roti john. It can come in a few flavours, chicken, beef etc, with or without cheese. Personally, i would recommend the chicken roti john. Spread it with curry, and the taste is awesome!

Towards the chinese culture side, there is also the famous hainanese chicken rice.
Flavourful rice, delicious even on its own, and tender poached chicken. With a potent chilli-garlic-ginger dip, the chicken rice will make you wish for more.

Towards the malay culture, the satay is the most famous dish across the region. I had heard
many of my foreign friends ravishing praises on the famous dish. Satay also comes in many flavours, beef, chicken and lamb. It comes with side dishes such as rice or more famously known as ketupat. The satay is dipped into a sweet sauce marinated by the owners.

Another famous nightlife food hunt in singapore is the nasi lemak located around punggol area. The operating hours is from 5pm to 5am in the morning. The nasi lemak sold there is made of authentic pandan leaves, customers are able to pick an array of dishes cooked by the owners to complement their lemak rice.
